Reservations become binding upon receipt of a down payment of 20%.
Cancellation policy: Written cancellations obligatory.
No charges apply for cancellations up to one month prior to planned stay;
cancellations one month to more than one week prior: 50% cancellation charges fall due.

Arrival/departure
Rooms are available as of 14:00 CET
Clearing of rooms: by 10:00 CET
No reductions in case of belated arrivals, premature departures, no-shows.
